I have found that my water intake is slightly higher than most peoples. But, lets face it - I have been dieting long enough to know that water is the best thing you can do for your body. On the HCG diet, I am loving my water! I drink about 100 oz a day and feel great! I also notice a big difference on the scale on days I dont get all my water in. So, drink up my friends!
